Werner Heisenberg is famous for his uncertainty principle, which began quantum mechanics. He was only 23 when he came up with it. Very basically, it proves that reality is what is observable. What you see limits all other possibilities, at least as far as you know. This principle is part of the theory that supports parallel universes, where every single choice and all the possibilities are played out in a distinct universe. The hat ribbon in the painting is his principle related to energy and time, showing simultaneous time. It means the more you know about where a particle is, the less you know about when. It could be in more than one place at the same time. --
